The land near the Gregg Street end of the property is being cleared and graded to establish another parking lot and to provide for a retention pond at the corner of the site.

Work has started on installing the rebar for the 17 foot retaining wall which establishes the two-story section of the building.

This is the area that has been trenched out for installing the large concrete pipes to handle storm water run off. This runs adjacent to the Gregg Street extension which leads down to the Columbia Area Mental Health building.

In this picture you can see where the elevation changes to form the inside wall and floor level for the Detox portion of the building. They are now getting ready to dig the footings to form the retaining wall for this lower level.

In these pictures, you can see that some of the curbing for the parking lot has been laid -- OUR parking lot!

Snow, snow, snow!


While the LRADAC staff were all home watching the TV to find out about the delayed business opening on Tuesday, January 20th, the construction workers on the job site were busy making us the first snowman on the new facility construction site.
